Sponsors have given financial support to our community
theater since our beginnings in 1964. While our plays
are self-supporting, from our ticket sales and program
ads (many, many thanks to our MOST generous
merchants), it is our firm policy to keep both our own
costs and our ticket prices to a minimum.
We provide quality productions that are entertaining and
fun for the whole family. Remember, we are the only all
volunteer community theater in Calaveras County. We
are a group of local people who bring plays to you. We
are the actors on the stage, the crew behind the scenes,
and the ushers who bring you to your seats. We come
from all walks of life. We play for the fun of it--it's a
hobby, not a profession. We are an all volunteer
organization, completely dependent on our Sponsors'
generosity to maintain the theater.
We would like to take this time to thank all of our current
